Capital Staffing Solutions is seeking a Waste/Water Facility Operator for a position in Victoria, BC. As a Waste/Water Facility Operator, you will play a crucial role in the water treatment process, ensuring the efficient operation of the facility. Your primary responsibilities will include fluid transfers and confirming the process.

Key Duties:

• Conducting fluid transfers as part of the water treatment process

• Verifying and confirming the accuracy of the treatment process

• Utilizing dewatering experience and expertise in managing wastewater desludging

• Implementing the use of GeoBag, Geotextile Dewatering Bags for efficient wastewater management

Work Hours:

• Full-time position

• Monday to Friday schedule

• Start time: 6:00 am

• Average of 10-12 hours per day

Location: Victoria, BC

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Waste/Water Facility Operator (preferred)

• Physical fitness and ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Capability to work in various weather conditions

• Steel-toed work boots above the ankle and a high visibility vest
