About the Company:

We are a leading retailer of luxury bath tubs and fixtures including, furniture, vanities, tiles and mosaics. We have showrooms across the GTA and we are currently seeking a Customer Service / Office Coordinator for our locations in Etobicoke and North York.

As the Customer Service / Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting and greeting clients in a polite, energetic, and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service, organizational and communication skills, and be a people-person who thrives in a team environment.

Your Tasks:

  • Responding to client needs in an organized and timely manner
  • Answer all incoming phone calls and direct to the appropriate person
  • Process customer orders and enter details into the database
  • Schedule deliveries
  • Assist with reporting
  • General office administrative work
  • Data entry and other administrative duties as required

We Require:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs; Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Prior experience in a customer service and office administration
  • Able to work well individually and in a team environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills; able to multi-task
  • Must be able to work until 8 pm sometimes
