Technical Support Representative - Weekdays - Day shift - $15.75 / hr + Benefits + Bonuses

About the Position:

We are hiring for technical support roles that are ideal for tech savvy individuals with a great attitude to learn. 

 

In this position, you will:

  • Communicate with users via telephone, email, online chat or text
  • Will work to help users solve their questions, issues and concerns leaving them feeling satisfied with their experience
  • Escalate issues as needed 
  • Work Monday  to Friday - Day shift only

 

Ideally, we are looking for applicants:

  • Some previous experience in technical support or previous experience or education that would enable you to succeed in  this role
  • Speak clear fluent English - We love bilingual speakers (of any language) and pay extra to those who speak other languages fluently that are needed by our clients. Be sure to include in your resume the languages you can speak
  • Previous experience as tier 1 or tier 2 technical support is ideal.
