Estimator - Window Wall/Curtain Wall

Our company  is currently looking to add a full-time Estimator to our growing team. Hours: Full Time (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm)

Reporting to: Estimating Supervisor

Salary Range: $50k-62k

Responsibilities:

• Utilize industry contacts to create accurate job estimates
• Work within company software to create accurate take off’s and quantity survey
• Read and interpret project drawings and blueprints to create accurate project take-off’s
• File and record all project documentation
• Create quotes that allows the company to be profitable and be awarded projects by estimating proper square footage, doors, awnings, special features, etc.
• Review all take off’s and final projected quotes before submitting to the president
• Lead the current estimating team and build the department as the company grows

Qualifications

• Knowledge of window wall and curtain wall are a must, with the willingness to learn railings
• 3+ years experience in an estimating position, preferably in the window wall/curtain wall industry
• Ability to maintain industry contacts and build rapport with new contacts
